Purpose

The GCPAG was formed to protect the patients of Gilden Chiropractic as a group from loosing our high quality low fee chiropractic care.

Is there a Fee to join GCPAG?

There is no fee when you join the group and no expiration date.

How do I join the GCPAG?

Joining the group is easy. When you come in the office for your first visit you will be given a simple short agreement to sign.

Is joining GCPAC mandatory?

Joining is a requirement in order to be seen by Dr. Gilden.

How do I contact someone at GCPAG?

There are a couple of ways you can contact someone at GCPAG:

• You can call or email Dr. Gilden and request either he or one of the patient members contact you.
• If you wish to stay anonymous. You can have someone else contact Dr. Gilden and he will put them in contact with a patient advocate member for you to talk with.
